If an athlete did not receive their waiver email or sign their waiver during registration, you can easily resend the waiver email through the platform.
Navigate to the Registrants section in your organizer dashboard.
Choose the division where the athlete is registered.
Locate the Athlete
Under the athlete’s name, you may see two icons:A red exclamation mark – indicates the athlete has not signed the waiver
A bell icon – used to resend the waiver email.
Click the Bell Icon (circled in red in the screenshot below) to resend the waiver
Clicking the bell icon will resend a new waiver email to the athlete. The email will include a direct link they can use to complete and sign the waiver.
Note: Clicking the bell icon will immediately send the email. Please be certain you want to proceed before clicking.
You can resend waiver emails for:
Individual athletes
Athletes who are part of a team
If there are no icons next to an athlete, then they have successfully signed their waiver and are ready to compete.
