Leaderboards are one of the most important pieces of your competition. You have full control over what data is shown and how it's presented, allowing you to tailor the leaderboard experience for each division.

Accessing Leaderboard Settings

To customize your leaderboard from the Organizer dashboard:

  1. Select your competition

  2. Click on the Leaderboards tab.

  3. Click the Settings sub-tab.

This will open a settings screen where you can configure leaderboard display options either per division, or apply changes globally (to all divisions in the competition).

Customization Categories

Leaderboard settings are divided into two main categories:

1. Participant Data

These options affect how athlete information appears:

  • Username - Toggles whether the athlete's profile name is shown.

  • Country Flag - Show or hide the country flag based on the athlete’s profile settings.

2. Event Performance Data

These options control how performance results are shown:

  • Placement - Displays the athlete’s placement in the workout (e.g., 1st, 2nd, 3rd). This is typically enabled so athletes know how they ranked.

  • Raw Event Score - Displays the athlete’s actual result. For example, if the workout was Karen and the athlete completed it in 6:00, that time will appear here.

  • Points - Enables point totals based on your scoring table. This is only relevant if you’ve enabled a points table for scoring. Otherwise, it will be disabled by default.

  • Tiebreaker - Shows tiebreaker times (if applicable) for resolving score ties.

  • Video and Image Links - Allows links to workout videos and images to appear on the leaderboard. This is especially useful for online qualifiers, where video review is needed.

Division-Level vs Global Settings

You can apply these settings:

Per Division – Customize leaderboard settings individually per division.

Globally – Apply your settings to all divisions at once with a single button.
