Can’t submit a score

What do I do if I cannot submit an online score?

If you are having trouble submitting a score, we recommend first checking out our help article on how to submit a score.

If scoring is open and you are still unable to submit a score on your own, it is okay! We are here to help. Email support@strongest.com the following information:

  • Your First and Last Name

  • Your Leaderboard Name

  • The email address you registered with

  • A screenshot of the error code you see

  • The name of the competition you are a part of (I.E. “The Castle Games - Mixed Pairs)

  • The division you signed up for (I.E. Men’s Scaled)

  • The workout you are submitting a score for

  • Your score, exactly as you’d like it submitted

  • The link to your uploaded workout video (if requested by your competition staff)
    NOTE: Do NOT send your video as an attachment. Videos that are not uploaded to a streaming platform (YouTube, Dropbox, Facebook, etc) will not be considered.
