If scoring is open and you are still unable to submit a score on your own, it is okay! We are here to help. Email support@strongest.com the following information:
Your First and Last Name
Your Leaderboard Name
The email address you registered with
A screenshot of the error code you see
The name of the competition you are a part of (I.E. “The Castle Games - Mixed Pairs)
The division you signed up for (I.E. Men’s Scaled)
The workout you are submitting a score for
Your score, exactly as you’d like it submitted
The link to your uploaded workout video (if requested by your competition staff)
NOTE: Do NOT send your video as an attachment. Videos that are not uploaded to a streaming platform (YouTube, Dropbox, Facebook, etc) will not be considered.
