If an athlete’s payment is declined, there is unfortunately nothing that you or Strongest can do to force a payment through. However, in many cases, the error codes can be helpful.
We have also found that debit cards often have strict fraud protection, particularly for international purchases. If you are outside the USA, we recommend that your athletes complete registration using a credit card rather than a debit card.
If you aren’t sure how to help your athlete with their declined purchase, please have them send support@strongest.com a screenshot of the error message they see, along with the competition name and division that they are trying to sign up for. We will try to assist your athlete within a 24 hour period.
