You can import athletes or teams directly into your competition when needed.
There are two ways to do this:
1. Adding registrants (athlete or team) one, or several, at a time.
2. Importing registrants into your event via a CSV or Google Sheet.
To add registrants one at a time, select the Registrants menu, then the Division you'd like to add a registration to.
Select "Add Registrant", circled in the screenshot below in red.
Enter all relevant information (pictured below), and save.
Note: all athletes will receive a confirmation email to their registrant email address using this import method.
To import multiple registrations using a CSV or google sheet, select the Registrants menu, then "Import Data".
You will be able to upload a google sheet or CSV of registrants.
We strongly recommend utilizing the "Copy Import Template" feature, circled in red in the screenshot below. This will make a copy of the Import Template so you can populate your data and easily upload registrants to your event.
Please note that first name, last name, and email address are mandatory fields and must be populated. Email addresses must be different.
Note: athletes will *NOT* receive a confirmation email to their registrant email address using this import method.
