You can choose your language setting in the Account portion of your dashboard.

While logged into your dashboard, click on the "My Account" icon at the lower left (circled in red in the screenshot below).

This loads your Account Settings, from which you can select your language using the  "Language Preference" pull down menu as shown below.

After selecting your preferred language, type your password in the "Confirm Password" field, then click "Save".  Your dashboard should reload in your new language of choice.
