Once your schedule is built (or re-seeded for subsequent competition days), you'll want to send it to the staff who need it.

To distribute your Heat Sheets, select Heat Sheets from the Scheduling Menu, then click the button to Generate Heat Sheets.

The selected day and floor(s) will download to your computer as a PDF. You can choose to distribute the downloads directly through our platform by selecting "Distribute Heat Sheets" or by attaching the PDF downloads to any email client of your choosing.
